Operational notes

Documentation-first fulfillment

The shipping workflow keeps responsibilities clear: what can ship, what is handled by the buyer, and where tracking appears after dispatch.

No cold transit required

Products are shipped as lyophilised, freeze-dried powder. The source file notes that refrigeration is not required during transit.

Customs responsibility

For export-only routes, China export is handled before dispatch. Buyers remain responsible for lawful local customs clearance and destination requirements.

Neutral order references

Payment or order references use the order number only. Product names are not written into payment references.

Restricted goods

Batteries, power banks, perfume, glue, lighters, cigarettes, and e-cigarette products are not accepted in these postal channels.

No postal expedite

The shipping workbook notes no expedite service on the postal channel. Transit estimates remain route and customs dependent.

Customs delay review

If a shipment is stuck at local customs for more than 15 days, support reviews the carrier compensation note: shipping refund plus $5.52/kg.

Shipping FAQ

Before ordering

Short answers for the questions buyers usually ask before moving from catalog comparison to checkout.

When will my order arrive?

Transit estimates depend on route: SEA routes are listed at 5-7 days, USA and Australia at 10-15 days, and listed international zones at 10-20 days. Use the destination table to plan dispatch timing before payment is collected.

Will peptide orders need cold shipping?

No cold transit is listed for these parcels. Products ship as lyophilised powder, with storage guidance handled on product pages and post-delivery documentation.

Are taxes and customs included?

Some listed routes include clearance notes, but buyers remain responsible for confirming destination import requirements before ordering. Export-only routes leave local customs clearance with the buyer.

How do I track a shipment?

Use the LabBeast tracking page after dispatch. Enter the tracking number from the shipment email to review the latest carrier status and event timeline.

Global Compliance

Research supply, controlled before every order.

A practical compliance hub for LabBeast research peptide ordering: research-use-only access, buyer eligibility, import responsibility, documentation, sanctions screening, data handling, and refusal rights. This page does not replace local legal advice.

Compliance boundary

No policy can make a restricted order legal.

LabBeast can define its supply conditions and refuse high-risk orders. Customers still carry the duty to confirm legality in every country, state, province, institution, laboratory, and shipping route involved.

Important legal limitation: no website policy can guarantee compliance everywhere. Local law, import rules, licensing rules, sanctions, export controls, tax and customs duties, safety obligations, professional rules, institutional policy, and product-specific restrictions always prevail. Customers must obtain independent legal, regulatory, tax, customs, and safety advice before ordering or using any product.
Signed agreement remains mandatory: the Research Purpose Agreement is the pre-payment gate. LabBeast reviews the signed form, destination, and research-use posture before payment is released or fulfillment continues.

Non-negotiables

The rules customers see before procurement.

These are the hard boundaries that keep the storefront aligned with the agreement, FAQ, shipping page, product pages, and support workflow.

RUO

Research only

Products are supplied for lawful in-vitro laboratory research, analytical reference work, method development, and controlled research handling.

LAB

Qualified buyers

Buyers must have authority, facilities, training, records, and lawful purpose before any order can move forward.

NO

Restricted end uses

No human or animal consumption, preparation guidance, or product-use instructions.

IMP

Import duty

Destination permits, customs clearance, taxes, broker instructions, and lawful possession checks belong to the buyer.

END

No diversion

No resale, relabelling, repackaging, transfer, re-export, or supply to restricted persons, destinations, or end uses.

Order controls

Compliance happens before money moves.

The customer journey mirrors the Research Purpose Agreement: identity and purpose first, review second, payment third, shipment only after the order is eligible.

01

Account posture

Customer details, destination, selected SKUs, and support messages are checked for research-use consistency.

02

Agreement signed

The required agreement captures identity, country, buyer confirmation, signature, printed name, and date.

03

Eligibility review

LabBeast may request documents, reject incomplete records, or stop orders with unclear legality or intent.

04

Payment release

Payment links or capture are made available only after the buyer record clears the current order review.

05

Documented dispatch

Fulfillment stays tied to batch records, COAs where available, destination shipping rules, and support boundaries.

01 Scope and acceptance

This Global Compliance and Research-Use Policy applies to all visitors, customers, purchasers, recipients, intermediaries, institutions, and end users who access LabBeast, request information, request a quote, place an order, accept delivery, or use any supplied documentation.

By browsing, contacting support, signing the Research Purpose Agreement, placing an order, accepting delivery, or using documentation, the customer confirms that they understand the policy, the applicable terms, product labels, COAs, safety documents, and any product-specific restrictions.

If mandatory law is stricter than this page, the law controls. If a product-specific condition or written LabBeast review is stricter than this page, the stricter condition controls.

02 Research-use-only restriction

LabBeast products are supplied solely for legitimate scientific, in-vitro laboratory research, analytical reference work, quality-control work, method development, and other qualified research handling.

Permitted handling is limited to trained and authorised personnel using suitable facilities, equipment, PPE, storage controls, waste handling, risk assessments, and internal approvals.

Product names, catalog descriptions, test data, COAs, HPLC purity results, and technical descriptions must not be interpreted as medical, nutritional, cosmetic, veterinary, performance, wellness, diagnostic, or therapeutic claims.

03 Buyer eligibility and representations

Each customer represents that they are legally permitted to purchase, import, receive, possess, store, transport, transfer where permitted, and use the ordered products in every relevant jurisdiction.

  • The buyer must act for a legitimate research, laboratory, industrial, educational, governmental, quality-control, or other qualified scientific purpose.
  • The person placing the order must have authority to bind the purchasing organisation or research entity.
  • All contact, destination, identity, institution, tax, import, and end-use information must be accurate, current, complete, and not misleading.
  • LabBeast may request qualification documents, end-use statements, import permits, licences, institutional approvals, responsible-person details, or identity verification before accepting the order.

Additional verification may be required for restricted products, unusual order patterns, resellers, freight-forwarding addresses, high-risk destinations, or unclear research purpose.

04 Prohibited use, resale and diversion

The customer must not directly or indirectly use, advertise, repackage, relabel, transfer, resell, distribute, broker, export, re-export, divert, or make available any product for a prohibited use.

  • No human or animal consumption, preparation guidance, product-use instructions, or non-research end use.

  • No weapons, chemical/biological/nuclear/radiological misuse, military end use, terrorism, sanctioned activity, or other prohibited end use.
LabBeast may cancel, refuse, suspend, report, or permanently block an order, shipment, or customer if misuse, false declarations, sanctions risk, diversion, or inadequate qualification is suspected.
05 Jurisdiction-specific compliance

Laws differ by destination and may change. Customers are responsible for determining every rule that applies before ordering, importing, receiving, storing, transferring, or using any product.

LabBeast does not guarantee that any product may be lawfully purchased, imported, possessed, stored, transported, transferred, or used in the customer's country.

06 Chemical safety, SDS and labelling

Customers must read and follow the applicable product label, Safety Data Sheet, Certificate of Analysis, technical documentation, and handling instructions before receiving or using a product.

  • Maintain written risk assessments, SOPs, responsible-person controls, restricted access, PPE, and engineering controls.
  • Use proper storage, segregation, temperature control after delivery, spill response, waste handling, emergency procedures, and disposal procedures.
  • Maintain compliant labelling, hazard communication, inventory control, incident records, and disposal records.
  • Do not relabel, repackage, dilute, compound, reformulate, or redistribute products unless legally permitted and technically competent.

Any SDS, hazard classification, label, or technical data is provided for safety and traceability purposes and must be reviewed against the customer's jurisdiction and intended lawful research use.

07 Shipping, customs and import controls

Delivery is subject to product availability, agreement review, customs clearance, carrier acceptance, route availability, dangerous-goods requirements, temperature-control requirements where applicable, and export/import restrictions.

The current shipping page publishes destination rates, parcel-weight tables, route notes, and customs notes. The buyer remains responsible for permits, duties, taxes, broker fees, inspections, demurrage, storage fees, return costs, seizure risks, and legal consequences at destination unless mandatory law states otherwise.

LabBeast may split, delay, cancel, or refuse a shipment where the destination, carrier, route, customer, intermediary, documents, product restrictions, or risk controls make fulfillment unsuitable.

08 Sanctions, export controls and restricted parties

Customers must not place an order or cause a shipment involving a sanctioned person, restricted party, embargoed destination, prohibited end user, prohibited end use, military end-use restriction, or export-control licence requirement unless the transaction is legally permitted and properly authorised.

Customers must not export, re-export, transfer, broker, resell, or otherwise make products available in violation of applicable UK, US, UN, or other sanctions and export-control regimes.

LabBeast may screen customers, beneficial owners, payment parties, shipping addresses, intermediaries, end users, and destinations, and may request end-use statements, institutional confirmations, licences, corporate documents, or other compliance evidence.

09 Medical, clinical, diagnostic and therapeutic restrictions

LabBeast products are not supplied as medicinal products, medical devices, in-vitro diagnostic devices, foods, feeds, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or consumer products.

No product may be used for clinical diagnosis, patient management, treatment, prevention, veterinary treatment, clinical trials, or any other use involving humans or animals.

Research-use-only language must be interpreted narrowly. It does not authorise clinical, medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, veterinary, consumer, or personal use.

10 Privacy, records and audit trail

LabBeast processes customer information for contact handling, agreement review, order fulfillment, compliance screening, fraud prevention, regulatory obligations, customer support, payment processing, shipping, tax, accounting, safety notices, and legal defence.

Depending on location, customers may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port personal data, and may have complaint rights with a supervisory authority. The Privacy Policy carries the detailed controller, processing, retention, and rights framework.

LabBeast may retain order records, due-diligence records, customer declarations, signed agreements, transaction logs, shipping records, safety records, and communications for as long as required or permitted by law.

11 Records, documentation and refusal rights

Customers must maintain accurate records of receipt, storage, transfer where permitted, use, disposal, incidents, authorisations, and responsible-person controls as required by law and institutional policy.

Upon request, customers must provide reasonable compliance documentation, including licences, permits, institutional affiliation, laboratory accreditation, responsible-person details, end-use statements, import documentation, proof of authorisation, safety records, or evidence of lawful use.

LabBeast may refuse supply, cancel pending orders, withhold shipment, pause customer review, request additional information, preserve records, notify authorities, or terminate customer relationships where necessary to protect compliance, safety, or public interest.

12 Liability, indemnity and enforcement

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the customer is responsible for determining whether a product is lawful and suitable for the customer's jurisdiction, facility, personnel, intended research, risk profile, permits, and internal governance.

The customer agrees to hold LabBeast and its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, logistics partners, and agents harmless from claims, losses, penalties, seizures, investigations, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from false information, unlawful purchase/import/possession/storage/transfer/export/diversion/use, policy breach, unsafe handling, or unauthorised consumer, clinical, human, or animal use.

Nothing in this policy excludes liability that cannot be excluded by mandatory law.

Research Agreement

Signed before payment. Clear before release.

LabBeast uses a Research Purpose Agreement as the pre-payment qualification layer for research peptide orders. Customers sign first, then the order can be reviewed, invoiced, and released only for lawful in-vitro laboratory research, not for human or animal consumption.

Open signable PDF

Agreement scope

Built around research peptide risk controls.

The agreement follows the actual LabBeast buying flow: qualified laboratory buyers, lyophilized research reagents, COA traceability, lawful import responsibility, and strict separation from personal or clinical use.

RUO

Permitted scope

Products are supplied only for lawful in-vitro laboratory research, analytical reference work, method development, and controlled research handling.

ID

Qualified buyer

The signer confirms they have appropriate research purpose, handling knowledge, facilities, authority, and responsibility for the purchase.

NO

Prohibited uses

No human use, animal use, ingestion, injection, topical application, clinical use, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, food, drug, cosmetic, or household use.

COA

Documentation

COAs and third-party reports support research traceability for matching catalog numbers. They do not imply suitability for any prohibited use.

SOP

Handling duties

The buyer accepts responsibility for storage, PPE, disposal, internal laboratory SOPs, and jurisdiction-specific import or possession requirements.

SUP

Support boundary

LabBeast support can discuss orders, logistics, product identity, catalog numbers, and COA status, not dosing, administration, effects, or medical guidance.

Approval flow

No agreement, no payment capture.

The workflow is deliberately simple and audit-friendly: signed agreement first, eligibility review second, payment release third, and fulfillment only after approval.

01

Sign the PDF

Review standards

These standards turn the signed agreement into a practical order-control step.

Reject incomplete forms.Missing signature, date, identity, country, or buyer confirmation holds the order before payment.
Refuse personal-use communications.Requests for dosing, administration, effects, or human/animal use pause support discussion and route back to RUO terms.
Keep agreement evidence.Store the signed agreement version, timestamp, customer identity, and order reference with the customer record.
Review per jurisdiction.Destination legality, import rules, customs requirements, and possession obligations remain the buyer's responsibility.

Reading progressRequired

1. Preamble and parties

This Research Purpose Agreement is entered into between the supplier, referred to as "Supplier", and the buyer acting in its capacity as a scientific research, laboratory, analytical, institutional, or qualified professional purchaser, referred to as "Buyer".

The Supplier distributes research reagents strictly for lawful scientific in-vitro research purposes. This Agreement governs the current checkout request and future orders connected to the same buyer record unless replaced by a newer agreement version.

The Buyer understands that website information, product names, catalog numbers, certificates, purity data, and support replies are supplied for research procurement and documentation review only.

2. Buyer qualification

The Buyer confirms that they have appropriate authority, knowledge, facilities, training, and responsibility for sourcing and handling research reagents for lawful in-vitro laboratory or analytical use.

  • State-recognised or accredited research institution, university, institute, or laboratory.
  • Licensed private research laboratory with demonstrable scientific activity.
  • Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, analytical, or quality-control organisation with internal research or testing activity.
  • Other qualified professional or institution conducting lawful in-vitro research or analytical reference work.
False, incomplete, or misleading declarations may cause order refusal, cancellation, record preservation, and any other lawful compliance response.

3. Exclusive purpose restriction

All products may be used exclusively for lawful scientific in-vitro laboratory research, analytical reference work, method development, or quality-control research. Any other use is prohibited.

  • No human use, animal use, consumption, ingestion, injection, topical application, self-experimentation, or household use.
  • No medical, clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, wellness, performance, cosmetic, veterinary, food, feed, dietary supplement, or recreational use.
  • No resale, transfer, repackaging, relabelling, dilution, formulation, compounding, diversion, or supply to unauthorised users unless lawfully permitted and technically competent.
  • No use in clinical trials, human experiments, animal experiments, or regulated product development without all required authorisations and controls.

The Buyer is responsible for internal access control, storage, handling, disposal, PPE, laboratory SOPs, and lawful possession in the destination jurisdiction.

4. Documentation obligations

The Buyer must provide accurate, current, complete, and non-misleading contact, destination, billing, shipping, institutional, tax, import, and end-use information.

Upon request, the Buyer must provide supporting documentation such as institutional confirmation, commercial register extract, laboratory accreditation, research protocol, responsible-person confirmation, import documents, licences, or other compliance evidence.

The Supplier may decline, pause, cancel, or refuse an order if qualification, destination, payment, product restriction, documentation, fraud, sanctions, diversion, safety, or regulatory concerns exist.

5. Disclaimer and indemnification

Products are not supplied as medicines, supplements, cosmetics, foods, feeds, veterinary products, diagnostics, medical devices, consumer goods, or household goods. They are research reagents only.

The Buyer accepts full responsibility for confirming that purchase, import, possession, storage, transfer, and research handling are lawful in every relevant jurisdiction and institutional setting.

The Buyer agrees to hold the Supplier and its service providers harmless from claims, losses, penalties, seizures, investigations, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from false information, unlawful use, policy breach, unsafe handling, diversion, or prohibited end use.

6. Data protection and confidentiality

The Supplier may process contact, order, agreement, signature, destination, support, compliance, and audit data for customer qualification, order review, payment handling, fulfillment, fraud prevention, safety notices, accounting, legal defence, and regulatory obligations.

Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws where they apply. Agreement records may be retained for as long as required or permitted for compliance, accounting, safety, and legal purposes.

The Buyer must keep non-public documentation, supplier communications, pricing, and operational information confidential unless disclosure is required by law, institutional policy, or competent authority.

7. Term and termination

This Agreement takes effect when submitted with a valid signature and applies to the current order request and future orders connected to the same buyer record unless replaced by an updated agreement.

The Supplier may terminate or suspend the relationship immediately if the Buyer breaches this Agreement, provides false information, refuses documentation, requests prohibited-use guidance, or creates compliance, safety, fraud, sanctions, diversion, or legal risk.

8. Governing rules and final provisions

The Agreement is interpreted together with the LabBeast Terms, Privacy Policy, Global Compliance and Research-Use Policy, Shipping page, Legal Notice, product pages, COAs, and order-specific written communications.

If a clause is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law. Amendments require written confirmation or a newer agreement version accepted by the Buyer.

By signing, the Buyer confirms that the agreement has been read in full, the information supplied is accurate, and the order is for lawful research-only procurement.
